Stockholm, Octopus and “Hurling”

Longtime personal friend “HirsuteGentleman” contacted me before the NHL Premiere in Stockholm this year and let me know that he and a buddy were making the trip from England to Stockholm to take in the Wings game. HG decided that he wanted to make sure the Wings felt right at home on their road trip, so he decided that nothing would ease their tensions more than the traditional octopus toss.
The following documentary highlights all of the hard work that goes into making it happen, and is sure to give you a chuckle.

Wow. What can you even say about this?
Hilarious. This is a man of honor and dedication. I don’t know if I can say I would have been able to get the entire octopus down with such honor. Truly, this fan is cream of the crop.
